Mehmet Ali Kandemir completed his undergraduate degree in Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He established kandemir & partners law firm in 2003. He worked on the following subjects: investment consultancy, project development, project finance, providing finance for multinational investments from international market, company merging, transfer of the company, corporate debt restructuring and saving a crisis-ridden company. He is pursuing a second degree in Istanbul University Department of Philosophy.

He is the general secretary of the Real Estate and Construction Collaboration Platform (GİİP), of which he is one of the founders. Besides, he is the chairman of organizing committee of International Real Estate and Construction Congress.

Fadime Kaptan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with a high honours degree. Having graduated, she started her master’s degree in Istanbul University, and she is studying on the thesis entitled “The Legal Character of Profit-Sharing Construction Contract”. Kaptan is also studying sociology in Anadolu University.

After his education in Gulhane Military Medical Academy, Sadık Kandemir attended the Turkish Armed Forces. Having completed his compulsory military service, he resigned from the Turkish Armed Forces. Within the years when he was doing his compulsory service, he graduated from Anadolu University in Economy and from Beykent University Faculty of Law.

Afterward, she carried on her studies with LLM in Private Law in Istanbul University The Institute of Social Sciences and still goes on with her dissertation themed “ Liability of Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in the context of Electronic Commerce. She spent a year of her post-graduate term in Eberhard Karls University of Tuebingen with Erasmus programme. Kaygusuz at the same time completed the programme of EU Law in University of Ludwig Maximilians and attended the programme named “Human Rights During the Crisis” jointly conducted by Istanbul University and University of Leiden,
